初期不良による返金・返品条件

  • 初期不良があり、受け取り後10日以内にご連絡があった場合のみ返金および返品に応じます。
  • ご連絡の際には、注文番号と商品名を添えて当ショップまでご連絡ください。

返品手続きについて

  1. 返品をご希望の場合、商品の返送先住所を当ショップよりご案内いたします。
  2. 指定された住所へ速やかに商品をご返送ください。
  3. 当ショップで商品の受け取り内容を確認後、速やかに返金を行います。

返金についての注意事項

  • 代引き手数料や銀行振込手数料など、お支払い時に発生した手数料は返金対象外となります。
  • 返金は、お客様がご利用になったお支払い方法に準じて行います。
    • 代引きでお支払いの場合は、銀行振込にて返金いたします。
