営業日時について
- 365日24時間ご注文可能です。
- 毎週日曜はメール対応および発送を行いません。
- 土曜の午後3時以降の入金やご注文は、月曜以降の発送となります。
ご注文の流れ
- 注文後の確認メール
ご注文後すぐに、自動返信メールが届きます。メールには注文内容が記載されています。
※銀行振込を選択した場合、振込先口座情報が記載されていますので、3営業日以内にお支払いください。 - 発送準備完了のご案内
商品の発送準備が整い次第、再度メールをお送りします。
配送について
- 営業日の場合、当日14時までにご注文およびお支払いが完了した在庫品は、即日出荷します。
- 配送は国内向けに、ヤマト運輸の宅急便または宅急便コンパクトを利用します。

お支払い方法は、会計セクションの最後の段階で選択いただけます。

保証・修理について
- すべての商品に1年保証が付いています。
※ただし、落下による破損、冠水、使用上の問題などは保証対象外となる場合があります。 - 保証対応時の往復送料はお客様負担となります。
- 保証申請には、注文日と注文番号が必要です。
初期不良の場合
- まず、当店までメールでご連絡ください。
- 不具合内容を簡単にお伺いした後、商品を返送いただきます。
- 商品が到着次第、新品と交換し発送いたします。

HOW TO ORDER
Business Hours
- Orders can be placed 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Email support and shipping are unavailable on Sundays.
- Payments or orders made after 3:00 PM on Saturdays will be shipped on or after Monday.
Order Process
- Order Confirmation Email
An automated email with order details will be sent immediately after you place an order.
※If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, the email will include the account details. Please complete your payment within 3 business days. - Shipping Notification
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive another email notification.
Shipping Information
- Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on business days will be shipped the same day for in-stock items.
- Domestic shipments are handled via Yamato Transport's regular or compact parcel services.

Warranty and Repairs
- All products come with a 1-year warranty.
※Damage caused by drops, water exposure, or misuse may not be covered. - Shipping costs for warranty-related returns will be borne by the customer.
- Warranty claims require the order date and order number.
For Initial Defects:
- Please contact us via email first.
- We will ask for a brief description of the issue and request you to return the product.
- Upon receiving the item, we will send a replacement product.
